By registering for the Polymer Week 2025 event, the participant acknowledges and agrees to comply with all terms and conditions established by the event organizers.

PAYMENT

Payment is due within two weeks after registration, and participation is not confirmed until payment is received. Payments can be made via bank transfer in EUR or CZK, or through credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

CANCELLATION 

Participants who cancel their registration before the end of:

​

• June 30, 2025 – registration fee will be refunded, less any applicable management fees

 

• August 31, 2025 – half of their registration fee will be refunded

​

• September 1, 2025 – no refunds will be issued

If a participant is unable to attend the event, they may find a replacement at any time without incurring any additional charges. However, the event organizer must be notified of any changes as soon as possible to ensure proper arrangements can be made.

EVENT CHANGES

The event organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, instructors, and activities as needed. In the event of any changes, participants will be notified promptly.


FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of cancellation due to war, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will refund the registration fee paid by participants. However, we are not liable for any additional costs incurred by attendees, such as travel, accommodation, or any other related expenses. Participants are encouraged to consider travel insurance to cover such costs.


CONDUCTS

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the event. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in removal from the event without a refund and the right to make any claim.


LIABILITY

The event organizers are not responsible for any injuries, losses, accidents or damages sustained by participants during the event. Participants assume all risks associated with their participation.


MEDIA RELEASE AND PRIVACY
 

By participating in the event, participants consent to the use of their name, image, and voice in event-related materials, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and audio recordings. These materials may be used for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes.

The event organizers will collect personal information solely for event-related purposes. This information will not be shared with third parties without the participant's explicit consent, except as required by law or to fulfill the event's operational needs.

 

GOVERNING LAW AND AGREEMENT
 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. 

 

By registering for the event, the participant acknowledges that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
